Robert L. Hodgkinson, Chairman is pleased to announce the appointment of J. Allan McNutt, P. Geo. M.A. Sc. as Manager of Minerals Exploration. With over 30 years experience; career highlights include:

• Senior Geologist and District Geologist for 14 years with Rio Algom Exploration Inc.
• Geologist with Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation (now Cameco Corp.) for 7 years

Mr. McNutt has extensive operating experience in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin as well as in base metal and gold exploration projects throughout Canada and the USA, and will manage the company’s uranium mineral interests’ exploration program. The Company holds 100% interest in 50 claims and 4 permits comprising 818,395 acres (331,200 hectares) all of which currently are located in the Basin.

The Company also announces that Fugro Airborne Surveys has commenced the Geotem 1000 survey on its Sand Hill Lake and Meanwell Lake Projects. Additionally the line cutting has been completed on the Fleming Project and Patterson Geophysics has commenced the ground time domain EM survey.
