Ian Tootill , Director, Investor Relations. Responsible for communication and investor relations, Ian Tootill brings over 20 years experience in sales and marketing with a 15 year focus in the real estate and finance sectors in Vancouver and San Francisco. Most recently, he held the positions of Director of Regional Sales / Vice President Regional Sales for CIBC Asset Management/Talvest Fund Management where he contributed to the growth of the business through the financial advisor community in British Columbia.

Lori Kozub , BA - Director of Marketing. Responsible for the company's marketing and communications, Lori Kozub brings over 18 years sales and marketing experience to the company. This includes 11 years with Xerox Corporation in various senior sales and marketing management positions, and 4 years as Director of Marketing for Deloitte. In 2003, Ms. Kozub formed a marketing and sales consulting firm specializing in executive sales coaching and marketing strategy.

Ricardo Salazar , BA - Operations Manager. With 8 years experience in the accounting and management consulting industry, Ricardo Salazar oversees the daily operations of the company. He has extensive IT knowledge including web design and database management, and holds Certificates in Office Management, Securities Law and Financial Analysis.
